There Is Power in the Name of Jesus

There Is Power in the Name of Jesus, Toddler Breathes Again!

The images and sound have captured the attention of many. It was a harrowing rescue that took place in Texas over the weekend, when a family seeking a storm shelter got caught up in flood waters. Their truck was flipped over, causing it to become submerged in a strong river of water that formed along the side of the road. A woman among several people that ran over to help kept pleading the blood of Jesus and asking that breath would come back to the little girl. Will He do it? More like He did do it!

Faithwire reported on the harrowing rescue that took place in Texas over the weekend, when a family seeking a storm shelter got caught up in flood waters. It flipped their truck over, causing it to become submerged in a strong river of water that formed along the side of the road. Emily Ocheltree, her husband Phillip and their two young children, Marshal and Addyson, were trapped inside the vehicle. A a group gathered and ran to help with the rescue. Baby Addyson was the most difficult one to get out, but once this was accomplished one woman's voice could be heard above the rest. She repeated over and over "In the name of Jesus let her breathe." "Give her breath, breathe in her Lord".

Four-month-old Marshal suffered minimal injury and was released from the hospital Monday. But Addyson is still recovering at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, where she is in stable condition. Emily is posting updates on Addyson’s recovery on Facebook. The toddler is awake and breathing on her own but still has a small tube to assist, Emily said.

“She’s in and out of sleep, but she’s fighting so hard!” Emily wrote on Facebook.

“Thank y’all for all the support and blessing,” she said. “We are so thankful for everyone coming together and supporting our family. But please keep in mind all the family’s in canton that lost their houses and pets and loved ones.”

A donation page has been set up for the Ocheltree family to help them during this tough time. More than $9,000 has been donated to support Addyson and Marshal.

“I cannot keep up with everyone trying to contact about Addybug but I just want everyone to know she is definitely on the road to recovery,” Addyson’s father, Phillip, wrote on Facebook. “I want to thank each and every one of y’all who have prayed and donated every thing to help us. It has been heard loud and clear and God has worked his miracle here today.”

The Weather Channel's website published the entire video of rescue but below is an edited version of the audio where the woman is crying out to Jesus. TRUNEWS edited the video due some foul language present on behalf of some other people there. In our version you can also hear a man pleading for God's help
